My AC unit failed in the middle of a heat wave in July 2023. I called several companies, but after speaking to Brenda for a few minutes, I knew I wanted to work with Queen B. I liked the fact that it was a woman owned business and felt so comfortable talking with Brenda regarding my problem.
Brenda, the owner, was so helpful and addressed all of my concerns. I knew I wanted a new system and she worked with me to get everything set up for a new installation. Even when I called back to add a new water heater, it was not a problem. Everything would be installed on the same day.
Daniel and his team of 4 guys were the best. They came on time on the scheduled day, worked efficiently, and installed a new HVAC system and tankless water heater in my older home. Being that I have an older home, they did run into some issues. However, Daniel found a solution for everything
and kept me informed along the way. After my new system was installed, Daniel took the time to show me how to use everything and answer my questions.
